<p>&#8220;I have known Claire as a colleague and friend for over 10 years and had no doubts she was the one to get me back to fitness after having my third child and after a bout of breast cancer and chemotherapy left me tired, drained and physically weak. She has researched and created tailored programmes to deal with the particular issues thrown up by my situation such that after 6 months working with her I am feeling stronger and fitter in my 40s than I have since I was 25!  I truly feel we are working as a team to reach goals that work for me and that she has really tried to match her approach to what makes me tick and work at my best.  She&#8217;s unapologetic about the fact that it is her job to push me, but she always knows how far is enough &#8211; and even though it&#8217;s usually further than I would go I have never been injured.  We always manage to laugh although sometimes the muscles are a bit sore the next day&#8221;!</p>

<p>&#8220;I first made contact with Claire when I was 13 weeks pregnant as I was delighted to see that someone offered specialised pre-natal personal traning sessions. Being pregnant for the first time I was keen to ensure that any exercise routine was safe and best for me and the baby. I began sessions with Claire at 14 weeks and continued until I was 35 weeks pregnant. The sessions were great! I felt fantastic throughout my pregnancy and many people commented on how well and neat I looked. I am sure this was down to Claire&#8217;s assistance. She ensured that each session comprised of exercises to give me a total workout appropriate to my stage of pregnancy and took into account any aches and pains I had to make sure they were not exacerbated. I had a good labour too and again am sure that keeping fit helped greatly. Claire gave me exercises to do at home and is always extremely cheery and encouraging. She is everything I would expect in a personal trainer. I have now had my little girl and will be starting sessions again hopefully within 8 weeks of giving birth. I cannot recommend Claire highly enough and I can&#8217;t wait to start our sessions again! We trained in the park beside my home and Claire&#8217;s flexibility in this regard is great. Getting out in the fresh air and feeling I have achieved something makes each training day totally worthwhile&#8221;.</p>
